Delicious Cinnamon Roll French Toast Roll-Ups

Prepare Cinnamon Butter:
Mix 1/2 cup softened butter, brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon cinnamon until smooth.
Prepare the Bread:
Remove the crusts from the bread slices.
Roll each slice flat with a rolling pin.
Spread each slice with the cinnamon butter mixture.
Roll each slice tightly into a roll-up.
Make the French Toast:
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Quickly dip each bread roll into the egg mixture, making sure they are fully coated.
In a skillet, melt the remaining 3 1/2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
