Chocolate Cake:

3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for a few minutes.
4. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the ganache is smooth.

Assembly:

1. Place one layer of the chocolate cake on a serving plate.
2. Spread a thin layer of ganache on top of the cake.
3. Place the orange cheesecake layer on top of the ganache.
4. Spread another thin layer of ganache on top of the cheesecake.
5. Place the second layer of chocolate cake on top.
6. Pour the remaining ganache over the top of the cake, letting it drip down the sides.
7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour before serving.
